You can start the return process via REVER with this link: https://returns.itsrever.com/mxgpstore, or you can contact our Customer Service who will inform you on how to start the return process via our courier service or via one of Our stores. Therefore, all the items we sell enjoy a 30-day return policy.

If you want to return a product, you will need to send it to our warehouses.

You will have to pay the shipping costs, but if the reason for return is a manufacturing error or a MXGP Store mistake in model, size, color or similar, we will refund the amount of the expenses once we receive the product.

If you want a size change, the charges will be paid by the customer

Important: If the return is not due to a MXGP Store error, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

- How long does it take for the return money to arrive?

Once we receive the package in our warehouses, we will proceed to pay the amount of the product. The deadline for you to receive the amount is 10 working days after receipt of the package in our warehouses.
